MUCK YEAH!
By Scott on January 7th, 2010 at 7:40 PM
Just wished to remind all our potential participants for RunAmuck DC that the deadline to sign up for the early bird special ($35) is at the end of January.
If you are worried that you don't have all the members of your team or might not be able to attend, then please don't be. We have established our new account management system that will allow substitutions and changes to be made up until 3 weeks prior to the event. If you have already signed up, you can login to your account and make updates or changes now. Hopefully, this makes the registration process a bit easier.
If you want to be reminded of registration deadlines and upcoming events, sign up for our mailing list!
STAY MUDDY!

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
By Scott on April 14th, 2009 at 4:15PM
BASIC INSTRUCTION:
PARK HERE (SHADY GROVE METRO) AT LEAST 90 MINS PRIOR TO YOUR RACE START. GET ON SHUTTLE.
Due to very limited parking at Lake Needwood, we are requiring all drivers to park at the Shady Grove Metro Stop. There will be shuttle service running all day starting at 7AM and ending at 6PM from the metro to the event. We urge everyone to utilize public transportation to get to the shuttle pick-up. Because of the need to take the shuttle to the park, you will want to arrive at the Metro at least 90 minutes prior to your race start. This will guarantee you the time needed to ride the shuttle and sign-in upon event arrival. Parking is free all weekend. More details on parking can be found here and the following is a map of the metro and where the shuttle buses can be found:
