This is the New York RunAmuck Mud Run! The Mud Run is a challenging 5K run with hills, tire obstacles, beach crossings, water, walls, ropes, and MUD. Finish it all up by jumping into our 90' mud pit as you cross the finish line. This is the most fun you can have running a 5K! View the course map here. Race individually, as a doubles team, or as a member of a 4-person team. Choose the Open category with no restrictions on attire and footwear, or the Costumed category, which requires your own zany costume or matching costumes (for doubles and teams).

    While you wait, enjoy yourself to live music, cold beer and wine, and hot food with friends at family at one of New York's finest state parks only about 40 minutes NW of New York City!

NOTE: For those city dwellers that might not have a vehicle, we will be providing some bus service from NYC.
